Founded in 2019 by Victor and Glory, Diamond Gate Care Services is a family-run care organisation committed to providing high-quality, compassionate and person-centered care. We support children, young people, adults and older people in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes and within supported living environments.
Our experienced and dedicated team works closely with individuals, families and professionals to understand each person’s needs, preferences, and goals. We then provide tailored support that promotes independence, protects dignity and enhances overall wellbeing.
