Founded in 2019 by Victor and Glory, Diamond Gate Care Services is a family-run care organisation committed to providing high-quality, compassionate and person-centered care. We support children, young people, adults and elderly in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes and within supported living environments.
Our experienced and dedicated team works closely with individuals, families and professionals to understand each person’s needs, preferences, and goals. We then provide tailored support that promotes independence, protects dignity and enhances overall wellbeing.

We take the time to understand everyone's circumstances, interests, abilities, and aspirations. Our care plans are developed around the person, ensuring that their voice, choices and preferences remain at the center of everything we do.
Our support can include assistance with everyday living, personal care, maintaining a home, accessing the community, developing life skills, companionship and emotional support.
Where appropriate, we also work closely with families, advocates, social care professionals and other relevant services to ensure that the people we support receive consistent and coordinated care.
